Shipping/Policies

Nail glue will not be included in the prep kit because airmail prohibits shipping liquids. Instead, I will include extra sticker tabs. You can purchase nail glue at your local beauty or drug store.

SHIPPING
Tomatoesnails ships worldwide. If the website does not ship to your country, please email or message me, and I will add your destination to the website.

Every order is shipped with a tracking number and can be tracked online.

☆ For USA/Canada, please allow about 14-18 days for the package to arrive.
☆ For other countries, please allow about 14-28 days for the package to arrive.

Please note that I have no control over the delivery time and lost mail. I will try my best to help you track the package, but I don't have access to your country's mailing service.

- For USA customers, you have the option to purchase insurance package and a signature required service here.

- For customers from other countries, you have the option to purchase an insurance package here. This package will provide coverage up to $42 USD in the event of package loss or damage.

All orders are shipped with bubble mailers and carefully wrapped in cute paper bags to ensure that no nails get damaged during transportation♡

PROCESSING TIME
The processing time for your order is between 3-8 weeks. This does not include shipping time, so please make sure you can wait before placing your order. Orders are being made and shipped based on the "first come, first served" policy.

POLICIES
☆ Tomatoesnails does not accept any returns or exchanges due to sanitary reasons. Every set is custom-made and cannot be resold.

☆ Refunds are only eligible before the completion of the sets. Refunds for order transactions will incur fee deductions due to processing fees (3.65%) This fee is non-refundable.

☆ Tomatoesnails is not responsible if you ordered incorrect nail sizes, so please double-check your order!

☆ Customs or taxes may be applied to orders outside the USA. Please note that any additional charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
